MARKETING, IT & PARTS COUNTER REPRESENTATIVE

Full-time (40 hours/ week, 8-hour shifts)

We are looking for a Parts Counter Representative that can also assist with various marketing related duties. Along with helping customers over the phone or in-store with parts, accessory and gear purchases, this role also looks after the following marketing and promotional needs:

- Plan, prepare and execute social media posts and advertising campaigns.

- Communicate with customers through social media.

- Update our store's website (www.cyclesalvage.bike) with new and used powersport vehicle listings, manage our ecommerce online store (add/remove products, complete online orders, coordinate with our website developer for any  technical updates), and keep the overall website content up to date.

- Comfortable taking photos and shooting videos for social, website and other marketing needs.

- Coordinate digital sales leads to appropriate department (ie Sales, Service, Parts, Salvage Parts).

POWERSPORT TECHNICIAN:

ATV, SNOWMOBILE, MOTORCYCLE AND MARINE

We have an opening for an experienced, knowledgeable and diversified powersport technician. A Motorcycle and/or Marine Certification is a bonus, but all applicants must have experience working on a range of ATV, motorcycles (off-road, street), side by sides, and outboards / boats.

We are looking for those with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, good communication skills, and cooperative team mindset.

USED PARTS & CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Full-time (40 hours/ week, 8-hour shifts)

Do you have a passion and knowledge of ATVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles and/or outboard motors and boats?! We have a great job opportunity for you! We are looking for an individual who enjoys being around powersport vehicles, communicates well and enjoys helping people find what they need.

Job duties include:

• Picking up vehicles and receiving vehicle deliveries (forklift license an asset, but training is available).
• Searching for and removing used parts from ATVs, motorcycles and snowmobiles as needed for customer requests.
• Monitoring a desktop computer for Used Parts Requests and coordinating with Parts Counter staff on what we have / don’t have for phone, email and online parts requests. Always a team effort, we work together to meet our customers’ needs!
• Removing ATVs, snowmobiles, side by sides, and outboard motors from crates and helping PDI new units.
• Requires some heavy lifting. Steel toed shoes required. Protective gear such as gloves and glasses provided when needed.
• General shop, showroom and salvage yard clean up.

PARTS & ACCESSORIES COUNTER REPRESENTATIVE

As part of our Parts & Accessories team, you will be positioned at the parts counter of our showroom, assisting customers in store with parts and accessories sales and support, and receiving and coordinating phone calls relating to parts, used parts and accessories.

Computer experience, communication skills and general knowledge of powersport vehicles and parts is necessary to excel in this position. We have access to a wide range of aftermarket suppliers and OEM catalogues, utilizing this online and printed resources to locate the desired parts and accessories for our customers.

We are seeking applicants who are hungry to work, grow and develop a long term employment relationship with our company.

Job duties include:

- Assisting customers in store with parts and accessories sales and support. Creating invoices / special orders, operating POS payment machines.

- Receiving and managing parts/accessories phone call inquiries.

- Assisting customers in searching/ locating used parts in our salvage yard.

- Maintaining a clean and organized showroom, house keeping duties, polishing vehicles and organizing new parts and accessories arrivals.
